These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thepawsholdingsbrand.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make. The Site is operated by Rio Digital Holdings LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the Site, including orders placed for delivery within the United States and internationally where offered.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided for information and may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. While we take care to display accurate information, minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
3. Order process
- Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout and complete payment on Stripe's hosted checkout.
- Your order is accepted only once payment has been successfully authorized.
- We will send an order confirmation by email. Please review it and contact us promptly if any detail is incorrect.
4. Prices, taxes and shipping
Prices are displayed in US Dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise. Any sales tax, duties or import fees that apply will be calculated at checkout or may be due upon delivery for international orders. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the selected shipping method and are displayed before payment.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Typical US delivery times are 3–7 business days; international delivery may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email contact@thepawsholdingsbrand.com with your order number and the subject "Order Cancellation". We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, you may instead initiate a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy once you receive the item.
EU/UK consumers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@thepawsholdingsbrand.com before the 14\u2011day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts located in Wyoming, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
